About FairyAura

FairyAura is an online clothing shop at fairyaura.com. These terms apply to your use of the shop and to orders placed through it. If you have a question, please contact us.

Products and orders

Each product page describes the piece, what is included, and its price. Review the size, fabric and other details before you order. Your checkout shows the items, delivery charge and total before you place the order. We may need to contact you if an item cannot be supplied or if an order needs clarification.

Some FairyAura Originals can be requested when stock is short. The checkout separates any requested pieces from items available to order, and shows what is payable now. We contact you when a requested piece is ready; a request itself does not require payment.

Payment

Orders are paid in advance by bank transfer. After placing an order, follow the payment instructions on its order page. We confirm payment after it reaches our bank account, then prepare the order for dispatch. FairyAura does not collect bank login or card details on this website. See delivery and payment for the current steps.

Delivery

We deliver within Pakistan to the locations available at checkout. Please provide an accurate name, Pakistani mobile number and delivery address so the courier can reach you. The delivery charge appears before you place an order. Delivery updates and tracking, when available, appear on the order page.

Cancellations and problems with an order

Please contact us promptly if you need to cancel before dispatch or if something is wrong with your parcel. We do not offer routine returns for a change of mind. If an order has already been paid and a refund is due, we send it by bank transfer after reviewing the order. Our returns page explains how to report a problem.

Your account

You may shop using a customer account or as a guest. Keep your account sign-in details private and tell us if you believe someone else has accessed your account. The owner workspace is separate from customer accounts.

Privacy

Our privacy policy explains what information we collect, how we use it to run the shop and fulfil orders, and how to contact us about your data.
